If you do not have Microsoft Word, Excel, or Powerpoint on your computer, but you would still like to download and print these documents, there is a free office suite for Windows and Unix/Linux called OpenOffice. It can be obtained without cost from their website (www.openoffice.org). If you already have Microsoft Office, you do not need to download this software.

Most current computers come pre-installed with the Adobe Acrobat Reader software, which is necessary for viewing & printing PDF documents. If you have an older system, or for some reason the Acrobat Reader is not on your system, it is available for free from Adobe's website (www.adobe.com). Again, if you are already able to view these documents without any sort of error messages, you do not need to download this software.
